- Candidate should have Experience/Freshers in developing JAVA applications using J2EE platforms.

- Candidate should have Knowledge on JSPs and Servlets.
- A working knowledge of JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Candidate should have Strong SQL skills : Mysql / Oracle / Any database.
- Any web server or application server , should have knowledge on deployment : Tomcat etc. (must).
- Should comfortable with IDE : Eclipse (Must).
- Should have knowledge on any Framework: Spring and Hibernate etc..
- Experienced with e-commerce and web based Applications would be a plus.
- Knowledge on SEO would be advantage.
