- Do installation of new as well as existing product complete for all cube clientele.
- Provide all kind of support related to cube products. This includes technical as well as non technical issues.
- Do follow-ups with clients regarding complaint.
- Resolve installation/support issues related to product sold by CSPL through email or online through remote login or onsite visit through out India.
- Continuous tracking of complaints assigned to him till its completion.
