1. Handle lost and stolen calls for PLCC/ DC.
2. Handle Fraud Detection calls for PLCC/DC.
3. Evaluate accounts & Block/Unblock to prevent fraud
4. Handle Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud/non fraud accounts
5. Calling out (as and when required) to prevent fraud
