- Candidate Should have Hands-on in using Excel as a reporting tool (Advanced Excel will be a plus).
- Candidate Should have Knowledge of statistical tools like SPSS, Crystal Reports, etc. would be a plus.
- Candidate Should have Product Knowledge ATM and its functions desirable and exposure to ATM field services.
- Candidate Should have Knowledge of and experience in generating relevant business reports.
- Should have worked on MIS generation or software.
- Candidate Should have Excellent MS-Word, PPT skills for presenting reports to management.
Job Description:
- Provide time-sensitive, data-driven analysis of ATM business processes.
- Ensure collection and publishing of periodic reports, MIS/Tax challans from CTS vendors/Regional Teams on a timely basis and take appropriate actions.
- Keep records of bank/vendor queries and complaints.
- Prepare periodical reports and trackers with respect to purchases, orders, inventory, vendors, etc.
- Collate necessary reports and MIS from various sites, esp. on ATM transactions and submit them periodically to internal management and other concerned stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS data on the transactions happening in the ATMs.
- Information and Database Management.
- Track and maintain inventory (history) of all information, data, documents and reports pertaining to ATM channel management.
- Ensure that MIS data is accurate and robust and that relevant reports are accessible to concerned parties.
- Ensure MIS service level agreements are met.
- Ensure maintenance of Master Database for the Sites till they are taken over by the Service Delivery Team.
- Maintain complete and updated purchasing information, files and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, purchase orders, vender files, etc.) and a master database for all purchase and vendor-related information.
