4. Candidate Must have experience in design & development of DLL applications with C++, VC++, MFC.
5. Candidate Must have strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOPS).
6. Experience in Unit Testing.
7. Candidate Must Have Excellent Debugging skills.
8. Candidate Must have ability to explore/analyze the existing/ legacy code.
9. Candidate Should have excellent learning capabilities.
10. Candidate Should have experience in automation domain.
11. Candidate Should have Good verbal and written communication skills.

14. Candidate Should have Knowledge of Communication Protocols.
15. Candidate Should have Knowledge of .Net Framework 2.0 and greater.
16. Candidate Should have Knowledge of C#, VB .Net.
17. Candidate Should have Knowledge of UML (State Charts, Class diagrams etc)
18. Software Configuration Management: Methods and Procedures
19. Version Control (Team Foundation Sever (TFS) preferred)
20. Defect Tracking (Team Web Access preferred)
