3. Sound Microsoft SQL Server knowledge, understanding of databases.
4. Sound Microsoft Excel knowledge – including ability to link with external data sources (MS SQL Server, MS Query, QlikView) and VBA scripting.
5. Experience in other development environments is a plus. (SharePoints, C#, .NET Framework, QlikView, ASP.NET, VB etc.)
6. Ability to work both independently or in a team and to show initiative.
7. Ability to work with management.
8. Accountability for tasks assigned.
9. Strong ability to synthesize and convey knowledge & information, as well as to facilitate learning and coach others in gaining specific competencies.
