Job Description:
Desktop Engineer :

• Candidate should have Experience in Windows O/S, Outlook Express & Anti virus.
• Candidate should be Efficient in handling 500+ Users.
• Candidate should have Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate should be Ready for 24/7 support.

System Admin :

• Administration of Windows 2003 & 2008 Operating System.
• Administration of Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010.
• Administration of Active Directory.

Service Desk / Helpdesk Coordinator: 

• Candidate should Log service requests, incidents, problems received via Call logging tool, phone or emails.
• Candidate should Provide Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) / First Point of assistance and resolution (FCR) for the agreed IT infrastructure management services.
• Candidate should made User notification about call progress at regular intervals or about major system/network outages.
• Candidate should Perform incident classification, prioritization, correlation with other reported incidents and matching against known errors.
