Job Description:

1. Complete all tasks related to requirement analysis, creation of the functional and regression test cases, quality assurance, system test and implementation in accordance with the QA methodologies.
2. Analyze requirements, build the test cases and test system components or amendments..
3. Understand client business and make recommendations / suggestions to solve problems and improve efficiency.
4. Be prepared to carry out business analysis tasks to ensure that the development/change meets user requirements and expectations.
5. Always conform to documentation and quality standards as defined.
6. Review, discuss and work within agreed timescales and feedback to project managers any variances arising as tasks are performed
7. Perform thorough functional and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
8. Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable ongoing support of the systems.
9. Assist project and line managers in producing estimates for the QA phase of projects
10. Communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology (emails, phone, meetings).
