1. To lead our development teams towards the completion of top tier mobile game titles , both for porting and creation projects.
2. Macro and Micro management of the development teams.
3. Planning and follow-up of the development cycle : Concept, Design, Alpha, Beta, Gold.
4. Quality control in the main areas of game development: (Game Design, Graphic Design,Programming)
5. Maintain relations with the international development team.
