1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics with 2-3 years of Hands on ATE Experience (Verigy 93K , Teradyne, Advantest, Nextest)
2. Understanding of Test Methodologies and Semiconductor Device Knowledge.
3. Test Program Development Experience for new products.
4. Analyzing Datalog, work closely with design/product engineers
5. Candidate should have Knowledge of UNIX, Perl, C.
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines.
7. Test Pattern Development Experience, Capable of debugging & stabilizing the patterns on the ATE.

Job Description:

1. Test/Product engineer will be responsible for developing test methodologies for new products, test programs, test hardwares, design debug, test time reduction activities and yield improvement.
2. This position also requires engineer to work closely with design and product engineering.
