4. Candidate should be Well versed with DNS, DHCP and AD troubleshooting.
5. Good working knowledge on Active Directory.
6. Candidate should have in depth knowledge of all aspects of Windows 2003/2008 OS.
7. Trouble shooting Mail flow issues.
8. Candidate should have Strong understanding of message routing technologies.
9. Candidate should have Strong planning and analysis skills.
10. Candidate should have Strong documentation and communication skills.

1. Working on daily operational tickets that involves Windows and Exchange technologies through Incidents, Problems and Changes
2. Prepare documents
3. Escalating problems to vendors
4. Prepare Quarterly reports for servers
5. Support high availability technologies
6. Flexible to work overtime as required
7. Work in shifts 24*7
