Job Profile :

• Liaises between Project Managers and PSG Managers on PSG deliverables timelines.
• Maintains the Medical Imaging PSG Deliverable Project Plan
• Provides administrative support to the Project Manager and Production Services Group Managers; maintains MS Project, Microsoft Word, MS Access tracking databases.
• Maintains Client project scheduling plan including resource assignments, project priorities and project schedules
• Compiles data for various reports
• Responsible for distributing project-specific documentation to corresponding Project managers
• Prepares regular management and administrative reports (forecast and revenue associated)
• Develops and delivers metrics to measure delivery performance on a project level
• Serves as the focal point for the flow of project scheduling information among Project Managers, Medical Writers and Production Services Group Managers
• Conducts regular meetings with Project Managers to determine the scheduling needs and provide status of the projects
• Conducts regular meeting with the Medical Writers to discuss complexity and timing of future projects
• Conducts regular meetings with Development Manager, Validation Manager and Requirements Manager to determine dates for future project releases
• Conduct regular meetings with Manager/Lead of Data Management Managers, Data Managers to determine the dates of data management task deliverables on future projects Organizes and schedules regular meetings to discuss escalated projects with Program Directors, Development Manager, Validation Manager, Requirements Manager and, Production Services Group Manager and Data Management Manager Acquires additional information and skills; maintains up-to-date knowledge of Medical Imaging systems, services, policies and procedures May provide administrative support to Production Services Group Managers
